A Three Dot Dash® Global Teen Leader (GTL) is a teen from anywhere in the world who is doing extraordinary work that helps meet the basic human needs –food, water, health, shelter, safety, education and the environment – thus creating a more peaceful society.
A GTL nominee must meet ALL of the following requirements:

Be nominated by a non-governmental organization (NGO), other qualified organization, or a former Three Dot Dash Global Teen Leader.

Be between the ages of 13 – 19 at the time of the Summit.

Must have a demonstrated track record of leadership and have shown initiative within their communities and/or globally that has significantly addressed one or more basic human needs.

Must currently be working on a project that addresses basic human needs.

Must speak and write English proficiently.

Be able to travel to the United States to participate for the entire duration of the Summit.
